A dedicated pastoral team
Here at NCBIS, we put the pastoral needs of your child at the heart of everything we do. From award-winning use of technology to track children’s daily well-being, to employing fully-qualified specialists in pastoral support, the NCBIS pastoral team is on hand to ensure your child settles, builds lasting friendships and thrives in school during their time with us.Â
Our experienced pastoral team comprises class teachers, phase leaders, primary mentors and Deputy Head of Pastoral. In addition we have a dedicated, in-house behaviour specialist. We are always available to listen, support and provide guidance on a wide range of issues.
We organise workshops on various topics behaviour in school, transition between Key stages and parenting skills.
At NCBIS Primary, we foster an environment where students can thrive academically and personally. We believe that a well-supported student is a successful student, and we are committed to helping each child reach their full potential. As such, we have an active Student Council and House system (with House and Deputy House Captains), who take an active part in leading events, competitions and school improvement.
