Kindly be ready to upload the following documents:
| 1- A recent photograph of your child. |
| 2- A copy of your child’s birth certificate. |
| 3- A copy of your child’s passport (personal details page only). |
| 4- A copy of both parents’ passports (personal details page only). |
| 5- A copy of your child's school reports for the last 2 academic years in the English Language. |
| 6- Confidential Recommendation Forms that have to be completed by your child's current teacher/ Head of School or Principal. These documents are school-to-school documents and must arrive at the NCBIS admissions office admissions@ncbis.co.uk directly from either the teacher or the school. | 7- A signed Fees Form by one of the parents. The fees form must be read carefully and if you have any questions please contact the Finance Department. |
| 8- A completed Heliopolis Society Membership form for parents who wish to join the Society. Please note that membership is not mandatory. |
