I graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science. I then completed my Master in Education followed by a second Master of Teaching with a focus on Science & Chemistry from the University of Toronto. I have OCT and QTS certifications. My teaching journey started in the UK where I taught Science and A-Level Biology in Luton. I then moved to London where I worked in an IB school. I taught IB Biology and was the IB CAS coordinator. Being a former IB student myself, I decided to come to Cairo and guide students in achieving their dreams as my own teachers guided me. I truly believe that optimism, diligence, perseverance, and individual reflections are the keys to achieving one’s potential and the foundation in building the right work habits that will aid students to succeed and grow. I love Science and love engaging with students in revealing the connections of this subject in multiple disciplines and across various contexts. I believe in life-long learning and constructive approaches where both knowledge and skills are imperative for holistic development. For fun, I love playing Basketball, enjoying nature and listening to some good music.
