I am from Scotland, and after studying at Edinburgh College of Art and the University of Strathclyde, I made the move to Cairo in 2010. I met my husband here, and we have two children who also attend NCBIS. We love living in Egypt and spend as much time as possible at the beach! I have taught Year 1 for several years now and am passionate about child-led, play-based learning. I love reading, and spending time nurturing and sharing a love of books, stories and imagination with the children is the highlight of every school day for me.
