Supply Chain professional coming from operational background that carries 25 years of experience across various multi-national organizations in multiple countries within the Middle East; where had the opportunity to lead and execute numerous successful projects within the same regions 2021 Director of Supply Chain, EVERGROW FOR SPECIALIZED FERTILIZERS, leading the company supply chain re-structure; where achieved a lean organization with 4 main pillars (P&S, MM, L&C, and TM). The P&S department recorded 11 million EGP of cost saving year on year via introducing the sourcing sub department this was achieved by having proper contracts in place as well as with direct price negotiations with strategic vendors, this was achieved over a period 6 months. The MM recorded a cost avoidance by better managing the DSO which has improved the working capital for the whole organization. 2011-2019 Supply Chain Expert, 2011-2019. Assigned various roles within Schlumberger EEG (East Africa & East Mediterranean) countries which includes Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Sudan, South of Sudan and Lebanon. Appointed to lead the implementation of the digitized transportation management software across EEG in order to facilitate and optimize the logistics cost. Did the planning and kickoff of the second biggest Schlumberger state of the art project for ECE (Egypt Center of Excellency) located in Polaris al Zamil 6th of October city total saving 8M per annum. Appointed to lead P2P (procure to pay) project rolled out as well as the Ariba project. Took a leading role in 2018 transforming the supply chain sector to meet the newly designed company transformation plan for better efficiency which has involved a huge restructure of the organization for cost optimization and better use of the existing resources total cost saving year on year $6m. 1995-2011 Former technical professional in Schlumberger, 1995-2011.
