Year 3 Teacher
gregory.nicholls@ncbis.co.uk
Greg is an experienced teacher, having trained in the UK at Cheltenham College to gain a Bachelor of Arts honours degree and a PostGraduate Certificate of Education. He has thoroughly enjoyed teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils in the UK and in a number of posts overseas: Uganda, Syria, Nigeria and most recently, Kazakhstan. He is a great believer in providing learning experiences that encourage children to become curious, independent and creative learners and enable each individual to enjoy every school day. Greg highly values opportunities that engage pupils outside of the classroom and encourage self-confidence, self-esteem and teamwork. Outside of teaching, Greg enjoys the great outdoors, cycling, fishing and coastal walking. He also loves to travel to explore new places and cultures and to read, particularly historical books and autobiographies. Greg has come to Cairo with his wife, Sara and son, Tom, who has joined Year 4, so the whole Nicholls family are excited to be joining NCBIS!
