I started out many years ago as a psychiatric nurse in the British Army, Later I trained at John Moores Uni Liverpool in mentoring for educational settings, I also did many short courses in self harm, bereavement, neglect and abuse, eating disorders, alcohol and substance abuse, depression and anxiety in children, domestic violence. I love NCBIS, I love the diversity of our school and it's community. this is my 2nd international setting the first was UAE. One of my most memorable positions was as Unit manager for a secure unit for teenage boys whom had become involved in serious crime.
