I have been teaching for 16 years and NCBIS is my 5th international school. I have worked in the UK, Cambodia, Mexico and Egypt. Before returning to Egypt, I worked in an independent school in South Kensington, London. The majority of my experience is in Key Stage 1. I started my career teaching Year 5, but I have worked in every single primary year group. I am passionate about learning through play. A secret to share is that I tend to practise all my ideas on my own children first. I also love travelling and learning new languages. I have visited over 30 countries and can’t wait to continue adding to the list. I also enjoy baking and owned a very successful cupcake business for a short while. I also led the food tech ECA in my previous school.
